Paying your rent
We want to make it as easy as possible to pay your rent. We do this by offering a number of different ways to pay so that you can choose the best and most convenient to you.
You can make payment at any of the following outlets using your payment card:
- At any Post Office by cash, cheque or debit card.
- At any PayPoint outlet located in shops and service stations around the country by cash.
- At any outlet that displays the payzone sign by cash or debit card.
Other ways to pay:
- Telephone - call 0870 243 6040 and pay by debit or credit card. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Direct debit - regular monthly payments can be taken straight from your bank. Ask your housing officer for further information.
- Cheque or postal order - please make cheques payable to Kennet Housing Society Ltd and write your name and address on the back.
- Text - register your details on the Allpay website. Payment can be made at any time and from any location, the whole process is completely secure.
