Our Estates Services team is here to help look after the environment around you.

The team is responsible for looking after the general maintenance of your property including the cleaning of communal areas in blocks of flats, ground maintenance which means things like gardening and grass cutting, gas servicing and repairs, electrical work and external repairs.

Any waste that the team collects - from grass clippings to an abandoned fridge - is recycled as efficiently as possible.
