About us
At Kennet Housing Society our vision is simply to provide good quality housing and to support lasting communities.
Established in 1997 with only 70 homes we now own over 440 properties and manage 1,200 homes for The Guinness Trust.
Based on the outskirts of Marlborough we provide rented and shared ownership accomodation across Wiltshire and Somerset and sheltered housing for the elderly. We also have two special needs schemes providing housing for people with learning difficulties and mental health problems.
We are a member of The Guinness Partnership, one of the leading affordable housing associations in the UK.
