Investing in communities

Hermitage Housing is committed to involving residents in the management of their homes.

We believe that although providing a home is an important contribution to alleviating individual need, it has a wider role in encouraging and supporting those residents who want to help themselves and their families, since communities only thrive where residents decide to invest in them.

The work of the community investment team is therefore about working with residents to enhance the quality of individual and community life.
